What is it?

At North West Employers we support the development of inspirational and transformational public sector workers. We do this by providing bespoke coaching support for all leaders and their staff so that they can be more resourceful and resilient. ​

Our aims are to:​

Continue to help leaders shape their thinking around coaching and develop a strategy to roll out across the organisation – a coaching vision. ​

Help individuals to discover their own solutions to problems and unlock their undiscovered potential and empower people to become the best they can be by using our Executive Coaching Service.​

Promote excellent standards and ethics in the provision of coaching through our well-established Coaching Ideas Factory, large scale events and our accredited and non-accredited training programmes. ​

Ensure coaching is available and affordable at all levels through our newly launched ‘Mindset’ digital coaching tool.​

Promote Coaching Supervision and Continuous Professional Development for coach practitioners.  ​

Why do it?

Our coaching service provides a holistic approach to personal and skills development. We do not use a ‘one way fits all’ approach as we know time and money are of the essence. We use a mix of 1-2-1, group, blended learning, digital learning and sharing to ensure an inclusive and affordable approach for staff at all levels of the organisation – Afterall coaching shouldn’t be exclusive to leaders!
