We are an 100 year old not for profit membership organisation representing the 41 local authorities and other public sector bodies. We believe in thriving North West public services that benefit communities, citizens and places.

Support and resources available

• Knowledge of local authorities and networked across wider public sector bodies (such as police, housing, civil service)

• Access to tailorable development programmes such as Strength based conversations, Personal and Team Resilience, Systems Leadership

• Manage and host the Leading Greater Manchester programme on behalf of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority

• Host and support the sector led improvement teams for adult social care and children’s services

• Ability to rapidly design and deploy assessment/development centre tools

• Access to a pool of experienced associates from a mix of public and private sector backgrounds.

• We make connections happen across sectors, action learning, coaching, organisational raids, innovation exchanges
